Refunds

Refunds are processed only through Amazon Global or Noon, following their policies.
No cash refunds are provided by Heejab Hair Therapy.
All refunds will follow the platform’s method (e.g., back to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on Amazon/Noon rules).

Exchanges

For exchanges, the fastest option is:

1. Submit a return through Amazon/Noon.
2. Once the platform approves and accepts the return,
3. Place a new order for the item you want.

Return Eligibility

We follow a 14-day return window, based on the platform’s rules. You must submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition you received it
• Unopened, unused, and unworn
• With original packaging, tags, and safety seals intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or receipt through Amazon/Noon)
